I’m like ’83

A year to remember
A game of win or defeat;
Glorious end but a path of ups and downs
Happy or sad at times
But all is well that ends fine.

Life is what we have
We lose we gain
Reminds me of Kaps
Tried best to put together
Yet faced many blocks there
A lesson to learn
One life is all we have.

Lord’s it was,
A place to bring in name, fame and pride
Fought their best
With all they had.
Stood strong and firm
Coz fighting is what they had
The ’83 is all that it said.
